Training and Front Line Staff

The Canadian Security Database assists in the recruiting and training of specialized labour dispute management staff. Our registered companies include personnel with prior education and industry- related experience, thorough background checks and licensing requirements.

Because Canadian security services and products are so specialized, most companies train in-house through years of hands-on experience. In-class training by some businesses covers security patrols, access control, report writing, video evidence, and health and safety procedures. A few security management companies use mock picket-line activity to train our staff, in conjunction with hands-on experience during actual labour disputes.
